ok im glad that you get it anyway heres the stuff you should do =)

1st always browse the forum and see if anyone needs help =) .
2nd anyone who double post , give them warning. if they repeat more then 3 them( if you remember) give them 1 final warning. if not remove their post or if you have the permission ban them =)
3rd anyone who post non relevant post, remove them . =)
4th check whether the title and the 1st post have the same meaning. and that they stays in the correct subject. "pokemon" since this is a pokemon forum =)
