Rare Candy Question

I was wondering what is better rare candying a pokemon or training it is better? If training would exp. share be okay?

Training is much better than rare candying since with training you are acquiring effort points. There is a guide on serebii.net about which Pokemon give which EV's if you don't know what they are. After the EV's are all done, you can rare candy your Pokemon without worrying about its stats. Yes, exp. share is okay for training since the Pokemon holding it would still get the EV's.
