Pokemon SoulSilver Rom help (no$GBA)

Hi guys,
I need help with my rom,
I have fixed the black screen problem with the code but now when i got into tall grass,
It starts to freeze on me and i can't do anything,
Is there anything that i should do to stop the game freezing,
I really want the game to run as smoothly as possible like LightDarkNeutral's videos of soul silver are,
Please Help me.
