Rom Image has Crashed Help!

about every 3 battles with a wild pokemon, my rom crashes and i reappear where i saved 2 times before...
anyway to fix the crashes? im already on my 3rd gym and dont want to start over.. do i have to start over to get rid of all crashes or is there some way i can fix it? and people say that after the 4th gym it freezes and you cant continue is that true? Ive seen your videos and it seems to be working fine... any help would be really appreciated!

why is no one answering this? is it just because no ones online or I posted this in the wrong section?

Im using No$GBA 2.6A

I have no idea wat the problem is but by me my HG or SS askes the question at the start (boy or girl and name) and then when about to start it goes black so it sould and be just you. Also try another game and see if it works if not your settings need to change and if not then i dont know. I got my emulator working by watching this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EUJ1Y2URNac

but by getting another soul silver game...do you have to restart the whole game?
