Fix for SoulSilver/HeartGold ROM on No$GBA!!!!

I was just browsing thru the internet, trying to get this game to work.
First, I downloaded a ROM, I'll post link later, for Heart Gold.

Then, when do everything in the beginning it usually freezes when you first get into your house, and get a black screen.
At that point, you go to the utilities menu, then cheats, add new.
Type in this code:
020DE16C E1A00000
020D3FA8 E1A00000
Just copy and paste it how it is, make sure there's a whole new line after the second code(first E1A00000).
Tick the RAW box, and tick the Action Replay Box, AND YOU'RE ON YOUR WAY TO BECOMING A POKEMON MASTER!
