help emulator problem! Empty help emulator problem!

when i download a emulator and roms it does not work,do i need a nother program? Well i downloaded the rom and emulator and when i try to run it it just says it as an erro and the screen turns black i do not get it. Help please!

That's really not enough information for us to tell you what to do. All I have is the No$GBA emulator, the Pokemon Heart Gold.NDS file, and the Pokemon Heart Gold.SAV file. That should be all you need.

Maybe your computer is older. Maybe u need faster computer

Well i downloaded the rom and emulator and when i try to run it it just says it as an erro and the screen turns black i do not get it and no i have windows vista so it is not old since i got it just over a year ago. so i do not now what is wrong help please!
