Pokemon SS and HG only on PC

Hey there, I would like to play this game only on my pc using no$gba
I downloaded a bunch of roms but some of them are in English some of them in Japanese, and some are working (only one, the jap one that LightDarkNeutral posted) others don't work (they go to the black screen right after I put my name in and should be in my room at the start)
does anybody know where can I get the roms that can work on my pc and and that are in English (also I'm wiling to change my emulator if that's the problem, I would , if that's the case, a link to the better emulator)

R4 is a card for DS
I just want to the game on my PC, I don't have a DS

just download the lates version of desmume here:
http://www.desmume.com/download.htm (click on the newest link and it will automaticlly start download)
extract everything that is in that rar into one folder

and then download roms from here

download files that are linked under "Download links for R4/R4DS/R4SDHC/R4i users"

extract everything that is in that rar file into one folder and start desmume go to file->oper rom and find that folder where you extracted your rom... be sure to select pokemon rom not YSMenu.nds and it would work perfectlly... i finished the whole game with no crashes and no freezes

the game works but I dont see anything on the top screen, If I navigate blindly downstairs of my room the conversation with my mom starts and I can see the text but still no picture...
And when I navigate blindly outside, I see the temporary town name in the upper left corner but still NO picture, the bottom screen works perfectlly

but i don't think that problem is in the emulator...

I believe that it is because, I tried to play all the games (the R4 and the other one, also both European and USA, and both SS and HG)
here are some screen shots

try config->3d settings and under renderare put opengl and check first option and uncheck second

I did that but it doesn't change. and when I go to that option again it is still on 'none' instead of open GL (do I need to download open GL )

hey I did it, I just put the last thing on the drop menu in 3D settings

try that... when i put that option to none my upper screen went black and when i returned that option to opengl my screen returned to normal... really don't know where your problem could be

I was having the same problem, but it's fixed now due to your info (thank you!)
But I also have another problem: my game keeps freezing/crashing randomly.
