HG/SS or Diamond/Pearl/Platinum

i have an question,

i am looking for the pokemon Mew/Celebi for either of these games : HG/SS or Diamond/Pearl/Platinum
who has them at level 1 to 50?

that are the only pokemon i have not got/ the can be avialeble with an event and i dont understand the event thing ?

To set Pokemon:
Enter the National Dex number of the Pokemon you want into the calculator, press L then press clear.

To set Level:
Enter the level (1-100), that you want your Pokemon to be into the calculator, press R then press clear.

To set Nature:
Enter the Nature Number of the nature you want the Pokemon to have, press Select then clear. Then walk in the grass and ta-da!!! hope this helped!!!
